| description | Rotating liner cementing technology can effectively improve the efficiency of cement displacement and cementing quality.Considering the practical situation of the WZ12-2 Oilfield in South China Sea, the main technical difficulties of rotating liner cementing operation has been analyzed.The key technical measures like the liner cementing tool selection, tool’s parameter setting, stabilizer selection and rotating liner cementing operation have been introduced.The rotating liner cementing operations of 8 directional wells on platform A have been completed and have attained much better cementing quality compared with conventional liner cementing operation.The field application practices have presented important significance for rotating liner cementing process optimization and its application promotion in highly deviated wells.The technology provides a new solution to improving the cementing quality of highly deviated wells and small casing-wellbore annulus well. |
